MSU offer students an experiential learning in cross-cultural communications, the opportunity to build a global network and the possibility to create future international career opportunities. In addition, students will have the opportunities to develop management skills and techniques, to obtain strategic orientation and to implement the strategies formulated. These include networking events with industrial leaders, talks by CEOs, industrial visits, management games, case study approaches, video presentations, on-line interaction and many other approaches. Our programme helps students to develop the skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, strategic management and decision making and trains them to become successful corporate leaders and entrepreneurs in the most competitive markets. Upon completion of the programme, students will have a broad understanding of their specialised areas.

MBA Curriculum

The curriculum has a three-tiered focus. It examines current theories, practices and issues in business research methods. It also studies the relationships between business in the private and public sectors, in the context of social and global issues. Here at MSU, we believe that MBA students must adept all these areas if they are to be successful contributors to the expansion of knowledge and the improvement of business, both in the private and public sectors. Admission Requirements

Educational Background. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications as approved by the Senate of MSU.

Working Experience.
Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years working experience.
This is only applicable to part-time students. Full-time students do not require working experience.

Recommendations.
Two letters of recommendation or completed 'Reference Forms' (available with the application form or can be downloaded from the website) must be attached with the completed application form, attesting to the candidate's potential to complete an MBA programme successfully.

English Language Proficiency*.
If the first language is not English, then evidence must be shown of English language proficiency.A TOEFL score of 550 or higher;an IELTS score of 6.0;or any other equivalent qualification,as approved by the Senate of MSU; is adequate proof of English language proficiency.
